Parking:
We have limited parking in our shared lot, which we would like to keep open for active loading of purchases. There will also be items for sale in the lot, so access must be available. PLEASE PARK ON THE STREET IN FRONT OF OUR BUILDING/LOT. Parking is FREE. Please do not block access to other businesses and obey all traffic/parking laws. NOTE THAT THERE IS NO OVERNIGHT PARKING OR CAMPING ALLOWED ON THE STREET, PER CITY LAWS.
Admission:
Admission is FREE. There will be a sign-up sheet posted on both mornings. Sign-ups are on a FIRST-COME BASIS. To prevent overcrowding, we will limit access to the building to approximately 30 PERSONS AT A TIME.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: Due to the nature of the items being sold (old car parts), all items are sold in AS-IS CONDITION, with all faults (known and unknown) with no warranties of any kind as to operation, fit, suitability, or correctness for the buyer's intended use or application. Simply stated: "What you see is what you get." We CANNOT HOLD ITEMS FOR ANY REASON. First-come, first-served. Once an item is paid-for, there are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.

Sale Terms are: CASH in U.S. funds at time of purchase. No checks can be accepted. Credit cards can be used for purchases over $200 with a 4% service fee added for card processing. We do not accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay or other digital forms of payment.
