The Collection

For nearly 70 years, George Choban collected many fine Classic and special interest automobiles. Back in the day when they were considered just "old used cars" George saw beyond the attitudes of the time and realized that these automobiles were special and deserved to be preserved.
Over the years he assembled a remarkable private collection, focusing on fine Classics of the 1930s and 40s.
George was a Packard lover and his collection holds over 25 examples of this legendary marque, as well as others including Buick, Cadillac, Pierce-Arrow and more.
Charvet Classic Cars LLC is honored to bring these automobiles to new, appreciative homes. Condition varies from finely restored show cars to completely untouched originals.
David Charvet knew George Choban for nearly 30 years and remembers the many times that George said: "I want to preserve these cars so a new generation can enjoy them after I'm gone." Now is your chance.
